It has bought shares in coveted private companies before many went public, including SpaceX & Anduril, often by leveraging connections to secure a stake or to help boost the sales. 1789's main fund has generated returns of ~200%

In this #ToddBlanche confirmation hearing, Senator Schiff asks John Ashcroft if a POTUS call on a US AG to prosecute an enemy? John Ashcroft dodges the question. Schiff makes the central point: Prosecution in the US is supposed to be about evidence. The US AG should ONLY be directed by evidence.
We need to distinguish the policy discretion of the Executive branch that are within the bounds of the law and the persecution of people you want to punish for being an opponent, a voting rights groups and peaceful protesters and giving the President life time immunity from tax investigations.
