Illustration I did a couple of years ago based on the famous "Fighting Dinosaurs" fossil where a Velociraptor and a Protoceratops got buried alive mid battle. Also ended up becoming my back-piece (tattoo) #dinosaur #paleoart #velociraptor #fossil #tattoo
My take on Godzilla . When I made this lineart I didn't have any background in mind other than that, evolutionarily speaking, it's some kind of Mesoeucrocodylia. Now I'm thinking about going back to the concept and making a good lore for him.
A work in progress image of a depiction of Aurignacian mammoth ivory jewellery I made for the Urgeschichtliches Museum Blaubeuren in Germany.

For #FossilFriday, more new #paleoart recently posted to #Patreon. This is the poster child of dinosaur palaeocolour reconstruction, Anchiornis huxleyi, belting out some sort of tune. More details at www.patreon.com/c/markwitton #paleontology #sciart #raptor #dinosaur #naturalhistory #digitalart
What initially started as a concept for a mega Feraligatr turned into this. I like how it turned out but I'm not sure what it is. Perhaps a paradox? A completely new fossil Pokémon?
