Even though he didn’t do much tonight, Sam Darnold is a great story of perseverance and determination. We can all learn lessons from him. Most wins in the last two seasons of any quarterback and now a Super Bowl champion. Believe. Believe in yourself. Keep battling.

If blowing up survivors in the water was the right thing to do because they are “narco-terrorists” (trust us, bro) and deserve no quarter, why did we rescue two other survivors in a different strike, fly them home, and let them go free?

Best case: The President of the United States knew about a pedophilia ring and did nothing to stop it. Medium case: He also used his office to protect the perpetrators. Worst case: Because he was one of the perpetrators.
The opening segment Ali Velshi delivered gave me the chills. I encourage everyone to go find it and watch it.

@matthewjdowd.bsky.social I heard you and @nicollewallace.bsky.social on Deadline White House today. I agree that the elected Dems have been behind the anger and fight of the people and that maybe they are starting to catch up with the actual battle of authoritarianism vs. democracy that we're in.
mde15@mdenger15.bsky.social · last yr.I feel like this Texas redistricting is what has finally gotten the Dems to wake up to the fact that this is not normal partisan politics, and it's the dismantling of our democracy. Maybe this is the issue that will trigger elected Dems to be as scared and as angry as the rest of us.

I'm liking and grateful for this version of @hakeem-jeffries.bsky.social. He's absolutely nailing the Republicans for the lies, hypocrisy and cruelty in this abomination of a reconciliation bill. Now, it needs to be sustained 24/7/365 by all of our elected officials and all of us through Nov. 2026.
