Ah yeah that's some good stuff. These remaining moments of summer had me a craving of sorts to draw Kara aka Supergirl. Used a combination of MAWS and DCAU's styles, and of course I couldn't help but add on some weight to her with all that. That's just how I can be when it comes to my tastes. Enjoy😋

Remember when I asked if any of you were interested in me drawing a picture of Kara aka Supergirl? Well honestly I didn't need much say in the matter since I had a craving of sorts to draw her anyway. Sure I probably would have come up with something faster if I had some input, but I say it worked out well for leaving it all to my mind considering how pleased I am with this. Although for the most part I started with MAWS version of the character, I then thought how overdone the anime art style is so I opted to convert the style to something more in the way of the old DCAU version. Of course I couldn't help but add on them weights when it comes to her and all that, but you all know how I am when it comes to my tastes. Well not much more to say except enjoy and hope some of you like how I did.

It goes without saying, but sometimes it's not always about Me and Bri or even G. As such here are three additional characters I made to join my crew. I'm thinking from left to right it's Cutter the blacksmith, Jin the doctor, and Tallia the cook. It's just a preview, but they look interesting yes.

A preview of three additional characters I'm thinking about adding to my crew or gang. As much as a trio Me, Bri, and G could be it's not enough. As such I'm thinking the man named Cutter will have the role of blacksmith or mechanic of the crew to make and repair stuff. The shady looking fellow named Jin is going to be the doctor which is what my team crucially needs given how often my guy Meguy get's into fights. Lastly for now is a woman named Natallia or Tallia for short who shall be the cook even if she doesn't appear to have the tools for it on hand.

Me and Bri back to being a couple of pirates. A couple of questions to wonder as they wander over yonder. Where are they going, and why do they seem so happy on this rather unclear cloudy day? Perhaps it's about the journey instead of the destination as these two will bring about a storm on the way.

My two characters Meguy and Brianna back to being like a couple of pirates as they wander over the yonder so merrily on this rather cloudy day. How strange these two move about. Makes you wonder what are they after, and why is it that I am so fixated on drawing these two over and over when I got a whole crew to form? Well just like the sky above things tend to be unclear. So instead of worrying about the destination, let's just go about enjoying the journey with a hearty seaman's laugh. Ya hahaha ya haha ha, yahahaha ya haha ha, yahahaha ya haha ha.

Yahahahaha! Like I said I'm kicking things up a notch which means no holding back. So here is a picture of the Boa sisters Hancock, Sandersonia, and Marigold from One Piece on the beach. I tell ya characters like Me and Sanji would be done for over seeing these ladies like this. Yow ow wow! 😍

I'm sure most fans of One Piece know about Boa Hancock, but I wonder if they remember about her two sisters Marigold and Sandersonia. If not well it's to be expected since they are no where near as popular plus they don't look like Hancock. Still I felt like making an art piece of the Boa sisters so here they are at the beach in bikinis.

Hmm my most popular piece on bsky eh? At this time it's this one I did right here. I'm honestly surprised since I thought it would be something else of my posts. Just goes to show how unpredictable this game can be. Well if I'm gonna beat my high score here, I should kick things up a notch.

What started off as an attempt to draw Supergirl ended up being a meeting between my character Bri and Mr. Mxyzptlk, and even Ingrid. Truly a random idea my brain thought up, but it does raise a question or two. Who or what is Bri exactly? Hahaha even I can't quite answer that.

A random idea for a picture of my character Bri meeting Mr. Mxyzptlk from the 5th dimension of DC comics, and Ingrid from Street Fighter. Truly a random idea my brain thought up, but it does bring up a question that I've been thinking about in the back of my mind. Who and what is this original character of mine named Bri? It would be so simple if she was just a chonky neet girl which she still is on the surface. However as I've been building her character, I stated that she wasn't human but never established what she was exactly. Thus leads me to my point. Could she be one of those cosmic inter-dimensional reality warping beings like those two here? Mmmmmmight be a reach considering how she presents herself, but then again Mxy has the appearance of a really short bald man usually, and Ingrid had the appearance of a prim and proper young lady so appearances aren't really an issue. Of course this was each of their more classic designs since now a days they look more other worldly. Same could be said for Bri since I drew her in a way that harkens back to her earlier looks. Perhaps at some point I should draw them all again in their more current appearances. Even so I still do not think Bri is exactly like these two as I so illustrate with her feet still on the ground while they float. Still it was interesting idea to make considering how they all have reality manipulating capabilities. The thing is Bri has more limits while Mxy and Ingrid do not. I guess it's for the best since I would then have to come up with convoluted reasons why Bri cannot just do this and that if she has all that power. No no it's much more doable to say she has powers, but she's not that powerful. Now it's back to square one on what this human-like character is then. Well I got one more meta idea since the answer could be right in front of me all along.

So I witnessed this Jimmy Olsen character perform the fumble of the year, and saw an opportunity to have my guy here go and shoot his shot with this universe's Supergirl. Of course it doesn't go anywhere, but it's all for the fun of the game as he makes his move with the cultural arts. 1 2 3 yah!

A funny idea I had to have my character Meguy O Malley be one of Supergirl's suitors during that one episode of My Adventures with Superman. As you can see he cleaned himself up with a new look and a new name as he goes by Johnny Whoa Malley in this instance. Hahaha hilarious I know, but there is a serious lesson that can be learned from this turn of events. Insecurity or low-self esteem really is a weakness to one's character. Of course the same thing could be said for the opposite. You know I can sort of see a contrast between my character and this particular Jimmy Olsen fella. Jimmy is rich, Meguy isn't. Jimmy is not the most confident, Meguy can be too confident. Jimmy has a more modern look, Meguy is clearly more old-fashioned. I mean look at that hair and appearance. Almost resembles someone from an old cartoon. Speaking of which I personally tried to sketch Supergirl there like in that old DCAU style but it's kind of hard to tell there. Which leads me to my final point of this. Would anyone like it if I were to make a drawing of Kara? Simply give this a like if any of you are interested. Oh and feel free to comment on how I should draw her, because well if you know me and my interests then I might just make a fan art piece in however I see fit. Whether that's cutting loose for a bit or keeping a modicum of restraint remains to be seen.

Bri on a cloud and Jenny in a jam. So I happen upon this oc named Jenny Jeans who belongs to @supermariofan64.bsky.social and thought of a fitting idea for her even though she isn't quite fitting there yahaha. Still this roly-poly cyborg girl reminds me of Mario, while Bri here reminds me of Lakitu.

A drawing I made of my oc Bri floating on a cloud and an oc by SuperMarioFan64 named Jenny who happens to be in a jam. Haha I know it's out of no where, but I just got this very fitting idea one day when looking at this Jenny character. The irony being that she doesn't quite fit in the position she is in. Still this super round cyborg girl kind of reminds of a Super Mario character hence she fills the role of Mario, or overfills I could say yahaha. As for Bri here well I may not know what exactly she is, but in this case she appears to play the role of Lakitu.

Get a load of this guy's ugly mug shot. Actually it's a wanted poster since I was working on making a bounty for him like in One Piece, but then I thought to take a break from the fantasy pirate life and go back to the streets in a more futuristic setting. Makes for some crazy lore about him huh.

A somewhat sci-fi looking wanted poster I made of my character Meguy the Fighter-Guy. It includes the crimes he is wanted for, a reward amount, and even some basic intel about the guy. The idea of him having a record shouldn't be too too surprising given what a troublesome character he can be. The real question is how does he get around or go about his days with something like this? I tell ya coming up with details and lore is tricky for me, but think of the fun once it all comes together.

Remember that prompt that says to use only one piece to convince others to follow you? Well I think this is the one to do that. So what do ya say? Will you follow me...and Bri? Ha again with the joke. Well what if I told you that my username here is not MeandBri it's actually MeanD.Bri.

The one piece of art that I made to convince others to follow me. I'm actually kind of proud of this one since I believe it encapsulates the kind of art I want to make and what others should expect to see. In fact I'm gonna pin it on here so that it's the first for everyone to see here. Something that says hey welcome for stopping by, but be aware that this profile might be too much for some of you to handle. So for anyone that has shown interest in my work and has stuck around, I thank ya for real. I realize what I draw isn't for everyone, but that's kind of the point since what I do now is very me...and Bri hah again with the name puns. You should also be prepared for my sense of humor, and how full of it I can be. As such can I just say how good I did with drawing this. The contrast between these two is just so interesting to look at that I cannot take my eyes off it. Perhaps some of you feel the same way, and with that I wonder if any more would care to follow along as I continue to illustrate these two main characters of mine along with whatever else I come up with from my maddening mind.

Avast ye lads and lasses for I'm here to show ya another piece featuring these three characters of mine looking all pirate like. That's right meet Captain Me, with First Mate Bri, along with Navigator G which stands for Gwen but it goes with the jolly good rhyme ya see. Yaha hahahaha! 🏴‍☠️

An art piece I made featuring my three characters Meguy, Brianna, and Gwen looking all pirate like because I was in a piratey mood. The designs are a bit simplistic, but I had fun all the same. Admittedly I may have had a bit too much fun with Bri given how showy she looks. What can I say? L-A-D-Y Bri is not shy...yahaha nah nah pardon me for referencing that silly rap. I guess it just goes to show that you can rock the boat, but you sure can't turn the tide.

Okay no joke, but adding a pair of machine guns to a dinosaur is beyond ridiculous. So yeah here is an updated picture I made of Fighter-Guy and Lady B dealing with Devil Dinosaur. Might be time for this dynamic duo to come up with a dynamic team-up of their own if they wish to survive.

A somewhat quick and updated picture I made of my characters Fighter-Guy and Lady B being chased by Devil Dinosaur. It's something that came to mind based on the recent update added in to the game Marvel Rivals. I thought a dinosaur alone was crazy enough, but now he got some ranged fire power. I'm losing it right here and so are they. I really need to get to drawing their own dynamic team-up. Well until then hang in there.

Ya know I could make a joke about a man and a woman walking in a bar, and then they encounter a dinosaur. The punchline is a fight or flight response. Anyway here is a picture I made of Fighter-Guy and Lady B dealing with Devil Dinosaur. She's taking flight and he could fight if he had more heals.

It's something that came to mind over the idea of a dinosaur of all choices being added in to the game Marvel Rivals. Not mad or anything just genuinely surprised about it, and hey we need more vanguards anyway so let's have at it. Admittedly I'm having some trouble dealing with him though. Obviously I need to be someone with some range firepower. Guess it's time to be less of a hero and more of the Punisher ya know. Let's ride!

I forgot to post this update of my Marvel Rivals chart. I made this before the reveal of Jubilee and the Hood so it only covers the roster at that time. I'll update it around the end of this year, but for now things are looking good so far. I only had to move one character over. #marvelrivals

I call this my Marvel Rivals Class Placement Chart. Since the game has a thing with doing half way points in its seasons, I thought it fitting to make a year 1.5 update for this chart. It's just a fun little concept I came up with in regards to the overabundance of characters placed in the duelist category. The idea is to spread some characters out to the other classes, and so far since my year 1 chart all the newly additional characters have been placed accordingly. I only had to move one duelist over to the strategist category which I chose Scarlet Witch by the way as controversial as that may be. Everyone else I still stand by such as Ultron being a duelist or Wolverine as a vanguard. Oh and one more thing, since I'm fixated on making an even rows of three I had to crop a picture of Doctor Doom into the vanguard category to make that work. A big assumption since he is not even in the game yet, but considering the Avengers Doomsday movie, it's very much likely he will be added in as this year's finale character. Feel free to like and comment if any of you agree or disagree with this idea.

Johnny Storm and Ben Grimm have arrived on the scene. I know I said I would be focusing more on One Piece art, but this was too good to pass up. Besides the One Piece influence is there if any of you can see the reference I'm going with this.

While I was watching some One Piece clips and playing Marvel Rivals, it hit me on how similar these two look to two certain characters. Specifically the Human Torch in his beach attire. The Thing being included just works considering these two have quite the dynamic team-up.

Only those with unbelievably high levels of observation could have seen this coming. Since I'm now focused on making more One Piece related stuff, I decided to make a fan art of Katakuri who is a favorite of mine since he is just so perfect. Well not really, but he is an awesome character.

A fan art piece of Katakuri from One Piece. It took me some time to think of what to have him do, but eventually I decided on a pose for him. After that I wanted to do something to illustrate his overwhelming presence, and this is what I came up with using some lighting tricks, and additional line art here and there.

A lo-ki ship you could say yahaha. Anyway crazy idea, but I wanted to be unpredictable with what I post. I doubt people that even care for this sort of thing would think of this. Also this can be seen as a way to shift my focus from My Hero Academia to One Piece.
