I'm so frigging happy I managed to go top 4 to get that Lacus Show of Resolve but I also feel bad cause I got matched and beat my good friend and he got 5th in the end TT
Looking at the Ukiyo-E entry grades, I think it's the first time I wanna buy a kit more for the box than for the model... ...I mean look at this thing.
Peter Cullen's loss is such a gut punch this morning, new part of my childhood dying. Even back when I loved marvel/dc, he was the voice of the one character I considered a childhood hero, who I felt inspired by and loved most if not all iterations one way or another. RIP and thx for everything TT.
I can hear half the gundam fanbase crying about that MGEX announcement XD. Like I can understand for such a line, it sucks to barely go for anything new. But I'm still gonna have to bleed my wallet over it ^^".
Listen, as a TCG player I realize the impact S Freedom has on the meta and understand that it might be a problem how overplayed it is... Nonetheless it is the unit I wanted to play the most since the game started and I'm just happy being able to play full Kira/Orb so no remorse

Okay I still feel the Helix is really overdetailed for a Gundam but as a kit I actually really dig it. Zero Gundam I just don't vibe with its general design and colors tho that Red version looks better from a distance.
RG Force Impulse Gundam Was happy to get the OG color kit. Build experience was mostly nice tho I really dislike the way they separated the forearm parts cause it just feels like it won't ever fit cleanly in. Love tho that it's sturdy enough to pose with the backpack.
MG Slash Zaku Phantom One of the main P-Bandai kits I wanted. Build was straightforward and everything felt into to place so well. The side-shields and gatling add such a great bulk and it still manages to hold to its wep and hold a pose pretty good. Damn I love Seed Zakus.
On one end, I'm quite happy for GCG Sps they chose and I won't complain cause I love and need that Kira and Lacus Ex ressource. (WHY NO MARINA FOR SETSUNA THO) Tho it's a tad sad for Kira to get his 5th AA card when Shinn only has the one, tho he is recent and will surely get one later.

What better way to clear dark thought from their other site than to restart posting kits. Liber Holy Knight Only 30MF I bought and pretty satisfied with what I got. All those armor plates make it look so good to panel line and it moves and holds things pretty well. Less fan of the plastic it uses.
The gamestop bargain 5$ bin was pretty alright for Gundam kits this time around. Grabbed both cross SDs, Justice Knight, Buster and a dupes Freedom for parts. Today was a good day xD.
Got my baby Strike Freedom LR+ in the event packs let's gooo.
Damn, that Suletta SP card is gonna go up like crazy... Meanwhile I'm screwed with LR++ Strike Freedom and that Lacus Ex base in the set TT
Was low on rolls and still managed to get both Justice and Cagalli ship them within 30 let's gooo
I may have made some impulse purchases. But it was the main PG I wanted to buy so when it got a low enough sale I couldn't resist. (Least till they either release a new Freedom or update the old one)

Well, opted to play P/W Destiny for the GCG regionals against my better judgment (and also cause I had some cards still on the way for my main option) Wish me luck
Kinda felt bad because I won both of my local GCG GD04 events and the prizing on the second was quite generous...and I ended up just getting all the hits from the box opened for prizing BUT I'M SO HAPPY I GOT THE SP STRIKE AT LAST.

Quite satisfied with that result...mostly. (Cause damn, is this both a flex but also a curse for Freedom to have been 3 entries cause it might have taken it all as one XD)

Lost the final for the ST09 event against my friend. I'm happy for him but I really wanted that Strike Rouge base TT. (He probly gonna sell it if it gets inflated to hell, which is likely) I guess technically if I really want it, there's some listings for the chinese version.
I'm pretty sure those cards in AA will also be pretty fine for a certain crowd XD in the GCG

They frigging knew what they were doing putting the Strike Rouge as the winner promo goddammit... I guess the rest of the Zaft units and Build Strike should end up in the lucky prize pack...but damn. Now I gotta pray it doesn't inflate too much if I don't manage to win it.
