I’ll never understand why certain people enjoy hurting people that genuinely cared about them. Whether it’s friendships, relationships, family, etc. Either take accountability for your actions and grow from them or leave good people alone. It’s not that hard 🤷🏻♀️
Just an FYI: I no longer use the reference system as one of my core screening processes. With rampant fake reference use and colleagues' booking experiences differing from one another, it’s a risk I will not take again. Fellas (and ladies), please do your research before initiating contact 💗
