I’m surprised and disappointed at the absence of plans for a future FTC. You can’t put Humpty Dumpty back together again (especially when blocked by SCOTUS), so what comes next? I’m reminded of this Milton Friedman paraphrased quote:

Another top DOJ antitrust lawyer from Google Search (and other cases) bites the dust - Adam Severt announced his resignation from gov on LI. He had been at DOJ for 22 years.

Interesting. Even Judge Mehta is raising eyebrows at the TC slow walking. He’s set deadlines for another joint filing AND a status conference for next week. I can’t attend, hope someone will live tweet. TC = Turtle Crawl

Mind boggled. In Reddit v SerpAPI et al, defendant Perplexity files a… er…perplexing motion to force Proskauer to be its law firm. The firm declined to represent because it previously worked for Reddit. What a strange procedural posture…. The opening sentences give…

More delay in Google Search remedy. I wonder if the TC knows it is being played. And I wonder who their foot-dragging lawyer is. It would all be nauseating if it weren’t so predictable.
