Sun is shining, decided to wash my bedding to hang it out. Guy 3 doors down decides to start a bonfire at 5.30pm. Guess I'm not hanging it out.

I got sick at the end of last week. I took time off work. I rested, hydrated, ate nutritious food, took my supplements, did the right level of physical activity (for my current health stuff). Felt better for a day. And now I am currently having the shittiest fibro/ME flare.

Finished all endings of Nier Replicant. That game is a an emotional roller coaster of emotional damage, joy, and then heartbreak again. Took me a bit to get drawn in but holy heck once it got me, obsessed.

This flare of pain and fatigue is actually weirdly good. I'm finally seeing a rheumatologist on Tuesday. Being able to show my symptoms to a consultant as they happen is fantastic.
