wuuh? *wipes dust from eyes* Man! been a long time BlueSky'ers. I've been doing some 2d animation stuff just because I wanted to sharpen those skills. Pretty fun stuff. Will have to keep doing these - they're very rewarding.

a couple of years ago I worked on the run cycles for a Tier 5 Fenrir skin on Smite. This was particularly challenging for me since I was unfamiliar with quadraped runs and this one had a whole other rig attached to it for the rider, each one with their own secondary accoutrements. #animation

On the game Legacy: Steel & Sorcery one of the characters you can play is The Hunter. A bow wielding baddie who has a specific move-set per bow type they can use. This one is for the medium bow and it's called "The Bow dance" I took some heavy inspiration from The Hobbit films' Legolas for this.

Took this waaaay further than I originally thought I would. But I'm going pencil's down on this one because there's still 2 left to go and my son has commissioned another piece from me.
I dont get alot of view traffic on my art here so forgive the long time between posts. I have been busy though. I did the TMNT with my own twist. Thumbnail color pass test which colors to use in final. Final will not be a group shot since they didnt get drawn together they dont really fit together.
Everyone has a professional they admire. One of my faves has always been the legend Joe Mad. I traced his sketch, then on my own tried to recreate it with as little reference glancing as possible. It aint exactly on model but I learned a little bit of the method to his madness in the end.
I did a study of Kim Possible (do you know that art style is actually deceptively difficult to reproduce?) and decided to go anthro with her. What would her name be as a fox you think? Kit Possible? Might draw Ron as a naked mole rat in the future.
I finished this piece tonight. I tried to incorporate some of the techniques I see other artists whom I find inspiration from their wonderful work like @foxpopvli.bsky.social @awd.bsky.social and @psicoyote.bsky.social in particular. I cant hold a candle to their render skills yet, but I'm coming!
This is my oldest character. he goes back in some form or another over 30 years and I think this is the coolest I've ever drawn him, prbly the most detailed I've ever done. I hope the four of y'all who see this enjoy it as much as I do. Bonus costume for democracy!

I found a brush for procreate which can mimic ballpoint and I did a drawing of my OC smashing a robot and I dont know what it is about ballpoints but they always add a certain style that cant really be touched by anything else. Reminds me of high school doodling.
This was my first ever commission. My 8yr old son requested a Nintendo universe drawing and he wanted it to very specifically include a Goomba and Birdo. So, I imagined this scenario and here it is.
