in a stunning reversal from my vegetarian brunch: sunday sauce with lamb, beef shank, chicken thigh, italian sausage, and ribs, all over some pasta
Japanese-inspired vegetarian eggs benedict: Oyster mushrooms with togarashi, poached eggs with sancho pepper, and a hollandaise sauce with yuzu juice. Wasabi microgreens garnish. The peppers give this a nice citrusy kick along with the yuzu in the sauce to cut through the heavy presence of butter.
