Last week I was presenting my work at the 4th Lake Como INEM Summer School in Philosophy of Economics! I enjoyed the breadth of topics covered, the excellent presentations, and, above all, the opportunity to engage with scholars I would rarely meet at the phil of sci conferences I usually attend.

Once upon a time, I approached biologists @biotay.bsky.social and @auersperga.bsky.social with some crazy ideas on how to test for animals’ concept of death. Many years later, our first study with the stellar cockatoos from the Goffin Lab is finally out! (More to come)
