For the last several months this song has been reported on, mostly examining its massive popularity, which is the only reason i know of it. But I have never once heard the song, not even accidentally.

The first few seasons, I'd still recommend. But 4 loses its way very significantly. Even if you're not a fan of the books, you'll notice a huge difference imo. Not for the better.
