Scientists have captured the highest-resolution video of the surface of the sun ever, showing turbulent, vortex-like structures in unprecedented detail. The “surface” of the sun is really an unstable, roiling soup of plasma, heated to about 10,000 degrees Fahrenheit. https://wapo.st/4hbjnV8

It's tough to phrase this in a serious journalistic/analytical way but one reason al-Sayed won't tell us anything about how to win a swing state even if he pulls it off is that he's really hot, pointless to pretend that's meaningless
"It's always been about basketball. That interview happened in [March]. I just want to make sure that the focus stays where it should because people are playing at such a high level." YOU POSED WITH RILEY GAINES AFTER A HATE RALLY AT YOUR BASKETBALL GAME WHILE THEY WORE XX/XY SHIRTS.

President Trump is banning students majoring in degrees that don’t make enough money from taking out college loans. Degrees for social work, art, religious studies, teaching aides, and music will be hit the hardest. trib.al/aaAEu6v
Perhaps the funniest aspect of this photo is that these "girl moms" don't have their daughters with them for this photo op.
Jesus Christ. Sophie Cunningham fully embracing the right wing grift.
My mother fucking cooked dinner for my step-dad after he smashed her head against a rock, dropped her on the ground while she was pregnant, threw hot food at her, fractured my skull, smashed my head into a wall. Yeah dude. I do.
Rep. Max Miller: "My former wife has claimed that during a custody exchange at my home that day, I assaulted her…If I had assaulted her, would she have offered to cook me dinner six days later?"
The ABC montage at the end of the Fever/Lynx game saying "all the stars came out" and they show Sophie Cunningham longer than any other player. Meanwhile, this was Sophie's contribution to the game
I'm still thinking about the Sky win, and thinking about how incredible Sydney Taylor's story is. So sharing this again because I'm shameless but also because her story is so incredible. www.theixsports.com/the-ix-baske...

I'm trying to understand this trade from Phoenix POV and I don't get it. Do they think they'll keep her long term and/or compete immediately? Also...did no other team have a better offer out for Plum?
Five-time #WNBA All-Star Kelsey Plum has been traded to the Phoenix Mercury for Monique Akoa Makani, a 2027 first-rounder, and a 2028-second rounder, per Shams Charania.

"There is another problem that Google doesn’t count. The official who now gets to look at a genuine photograph of a genuine atrocity and say: AI. He doesn’t need the tool for that. He needs everyone to know the tool exists."
This is wildly irresponsible of Google - allowing people to create AI generated satellite images. Satellite imagery has always been such a useful and reliable source because it came from reliable sources, but now Google is messing with it at source. www.digitaldigging.org/p/how-to-pla...
Buddy. Bro. Lmao. Her next tweet is going to use "finna" isn't it
She knows she’s losing so she said let’s just go mask off.
I'm really trying to grasp how this is all happening over a player who is the very definition of replaceable. And regardless of whether 1 person, 10 people or 100 people show up to support* her, it's an absolute stain on the league and slap in the face of so many players and fans of the W.
The Indiana Fever play tomorrow in Portland and Sunday in Minnesota. There are "Support Sophie Cunningham" transphobic rallies planned for both cities. Fuck all the way off. #WNBA
It really does seem that a predicted measure of success for an upcoming fantasy football season should be: What guy is the fantasy football community downgrading due to training camp drops? Oh that guy? Draft that guy. He's going to smash at his ADP.
The MHJ dropped pass compilations are going to plummet his ADP even further. I’m here for it. Guys drop passes. There’s also plenty of catches over on r/AZCardinals from Marv at camp. Enjoy his discount in 2026.
Once again, every time you hear "cart" in training camp just remember that it is not the same as hearing "cart" in an actual game. There is a very realistic possibility that the injury will end up being minor. Every precaution is taken in camp and the practice fields are often much further away.
Bengals edge Shemar Stewart, who was carted off yesterday after a scary-looking knee injury, suffered just a hyperextended knee and will have treatment.

I always love how the defense of right wing bigotry is to isolate a singular remark or instance and question whether that, and that alone, actually is what it is. LOOK AT THE COLLECTIVE BODY OF WORK. She is a hate-filled empty soul who when she's out of the league will be a Fox News contributor.

Jalen Hurts with a lot of throws over the middle today. Just made back-to-back completions to Dontayvion Wicks and DeVonta Smith (to beat Quinyon Mitchell.)
Really curious to see if Kaelon Black can take advantage of any opportunity in camp/preseason. Could easily shape up to be one of the top ADP risers in dynasty and redraft.
RB Jordan James has a ribs fracture and S Malik Mustapha has a hamstring strain. The 49ers say those injuries occurred during practice on Monday.
