How my day started -> how I wish it was going 🤣 I've been in back to back meetings today (which should be illegal on a Friday) and having to listen to Chewie (who's visiting for the day) snoring in the sunshine nearby is definitely a mood 🐶

It was such a lovely weekend, managed to get to the beach yesterday with the dogs for what is probably the last time for this extended Melbourne summer

I love this book by @ksterlingbooks.bsky.social with all my heart; I'm so excited that it's been re-released! I had the joy of beta reading the original (you can blame me for *that* scene later in the book) & have always, always hoped it would become so many more reader's new favourite book.

I often think about the primary school library from when I was a kid. It was such a special place and even 40+(!) years later, I can still see exactly where all my favourite books waited for me on the shelves and can visualise pulling them out, examining their cover and taking them to be checked out
