I'm so sick of Republican politicians referring to social security as an "entitlement." No, tax breaks for billionaires are entitlements.

The word is not used by Republicans in its literal sense - like going to the grocery store, giving money to the cashier, and being entitled to take food away as something to which you are entitled. The word, as used by the GOP, infers that it is an unjust entitlement -- a social safety net gift.
