I'm an infrequent gamer, but I'm feeling the itch, and looking for recs! I like puzzles, strong artistic statements, and finite gameplay. Not so into games that test speed or dexterity. My top two are probably The Witness and Disco Elysium. I have a PC and a Switch 1. What should I dig into???
Justice for Chappell and all, but what really gets to me is how he frames this as "protecting his family." Do we really think his daughter felt more "protected" after her private distress became a matter of public debate and the subject of international tabloid headlines?

An update, and a look at some of what we've coded so far!
They were trying and failing to get people to subscribe at $20/mo and each 60 second video was costing the company $15-18 in costs to make. That’s it, everybody, right there. That’s the Economics of AI. Visionary stuff.

In Procreate, is there a way to alpha lock to the layer underneath the one I'm working on? Does that make sense? Like, if I want to draw within the layer shape, but on a different layer?
I'm kind of fascinated by this AI blog post that spooked the market. Apparently, "what if AI succeeds and that's bad" is scarier to the market than "what if AI fails." I'm starting to realize these people genuinely, truly believe the spaceship is about to arrive.

Lately I keep wondering how much of the AI bubble is being propped up by fascism. AI can't generate profit? Easy solution: make the military / police / ICE its biggest clients. I don't think we talk enough in general about the economic incentives that fuel fascism.
