It occurs to me that it would be very satisfying to see Reacher and the Accountant be large while solving a problem together. If only crossover episodes were still a thing.

Ollie out having a sniff; itty bitty fancy lizard baby (from nose to tail about 2inches long).
Went for a walk yesterday (minimal activity while we have excessive heat warnings) and Ollie is wearing his cooling kerchief. Looking handsome in the morning light.
Today in "How is that comfortable?" we have a nap position.
Finally Ollie tries out the cooling pad I got him four days ago. 😂 🤦🏻
Pair of roadrunners in the front yard today. Couldn't get both of them, but the male decided to show me he wasn't intimidated.
In non-dog things: A hummingbird sits on her nest in our olive tree, and His Grumpiness walks through his dinner, as one does.
Went for an early walk, then spent the rest of the day recovering.
Went on a morning walk and the recent ain means all the cactus are flowering; watching the neighborhood; a well-deserved nap.
Forget calendars, weather patterns or whatever. You know it's summer when the bugsaws start up.
In today's random assortment of pictures: Most plants are struggling with the onset of triple digit heat. Not this guy. No chance of rain but these clouds have a stormy look. Ollie is done being out in the heat. Now that the watering is done he would like to go back inside, please.

Unseasonably hot and we.fot a late start so the sun was on the step where we usually sit to watch the neighborhood after a walk. Had to sit back on the porch instead.
