If EWCB cannot organise a red ball competition (or be bothered) then they should at least organise an Eng v EngA match just for practise. When it could be scheduled, absolutely no idea 🏏

Regaining multi-format points trophies i.e. The Ashes is an uphill struggle if you can't win (or recently, even compete) in the Test match. Not coincedentally, the last time England won the Women's Ashes, was also the last time the won the Test component of the series.

IECM Wong is the first women's Test player with the same number of forenames as letters in her surname. Three men have had the same distinction - PBH May, TBA May and the recent addition of JEK Rew. WPUJC Vaas famously had more of the former than the latter.
