I work as a virtual assistant. One of my clients passed on my birthday back in May. I've been checking her emails and handling things so her widower doesn't have to. Today, got a cold call email from someone offering their services as a virtual assistant to my client. That's an awkward email.

In D&D today, we were in a small room with a spellcaster & a bunch of undead. My cleric turned undead, successfully turning ALL of them. The spellcaster, grappled by our Paladin, cast fireball hitting EVERYONE. She dropped me, our fighter, all but 2 of the skeletons & herself.

CW Cancer I just had my 5 year check up after my hysterectomy. I am still cancer free and can now move from check ups every 6 months to annually. It's a small victory, but one I've been looking forward to.
We were going through our freebies from the movie showing and gathering up Tae stuff to send my mom since he's her bias. I can tell my roommate needs new glasses, because she handed me a photocard of JK and said it was Tae. 🤣

It's supposed to be fun and a chance to meet new people. Why do I feel like I'm going to show up, drink my one drink that came with entry, and hide in a corner all night?
