And I find it extremely disheartening to see this taking on culture war undertones. Because the last thing we need is for the left to reject a technology that works and then refuse to moderate the worst use cases of it because of some sort of demand for purity.

Noticed @pimaxvr.bsky.social is cross-promoting "IL-2 Korea", in addition to investing significantly in Studio 397's "LeMans Ultimate". While the magnitude and breadth of this investment isn't going to match what Meta/Oculus was once doing, I love seeing this finally happening in the PCVR space.

Have long viewed the "anti-AI" social media bubble on Blue Sky with empathetic concern. Especially in game-dev. Not for their views or even their purity tests: but their demonstrable lack of awareness. If you are part of that crowd, this is probably the most important thing you'll read today.
