I can not emphasize enough how amazing of a show Widow’s Bay is so far. Half way through and this everything I love. Weird, funny, charming, scary in a not all blood and guts way. You gotta watch it.

Hey brewery folks that are in a guild. Does your guild have a trade membership? Something for vendors? If so, how much is the membership. Florida's guild charges $750/year and this just seems crazy to a startup who actually has skills to provide a brewery.

I don’t know what they are talking about but I hear the boys talking to each other and one goes “come on man, that’s obvious.” Maybe they do listen to me.
If you’re using AI graphics and think “not that many people are complaining” you have no idea how many are silently writing you off, never to return. Nothing about what you do should be easy. Businesses aren’t. So don’t think art is. Hire local artists.
Oh oh oh and calling out a fake customer and fake firing an employee.

The amount of local businesses going to AI slop for social is depressing. The amount of local people calling them out is great. Keep doing it. Not to shame (ok maybe a little shame) but for them to learn that their customers don’t want that shit.

Over 3 months on this issue with Meta. A support agent took time on the phone with me today and laid it out. There are no managers. The internal team that handles these cases can not be spoken to in real time even by them. There is so much disconnect in Meta support it's insane.

We have the email associated with the account and Meta are acting like this is some new issue they’ve never seen before.

One good thing about the boys being in normal school is they don’t have long naps and go to bed at a reasonable time. We finally finished Andor, after 2 months of trying. Last night we started Widow’s Bay and, holy shit, I love this show so much.
In the early parts of summer I was saying things like “it hasn’t been that bad so far.” Our AC ran less this June than last June. Should have kept my fucking mouth shut. Fucking August.
