This was great fun. I remember trying to track this down (thanks to the editor's notes back in the day) because of Swarm's appearance in Spectacular Spider-Man.
Al Milgrom covered Champions 15 (1977).
Based on the art alone, I definitely want to know about this.
Book all but done with a title change! Two 'special' internal pages to finish which I saved as a treat, and the cover is currently underway. It'll go to Kickstarter early Autumn, and I'll set up a pre-launch soon. This is one of the early pages - I will show more eventually - there's 120 of 'em!
After reading Beneath the Trees Where Nobody Sees: Rite of Spring, written and illustrated by Patrick Horvath, I'm feeling pretty good. Patrick has a real treasure on his hands, and I hope he's got plenty more. This sequel did not lose any of the magic of the original. 5/5 #comicsky #idwcomics
I just read Spider-Man Torn written by J. Michael Straczynski and illustrated by Pere Pérez. My whole idea of what this story is about was wrong. JMS and Pérez have both brought their A game to this, and I'm sad there's not more. 5/5 #comicsky #spiderman #marvelcomics
Before you ask, I have less than zero interest in anything he has to say. I did not watch and didn't even think about it.
OK. - I could've (and should've) written this post. Thank you! Sincerely
Just a quick note to thank all of you working to keep me sane during these awful times. I try to post things that make me happy, nostalgic, and hopeful. Your interactions help me to know that there are plenty of decent folks around, even when the daily news seems so bleak. So yes - thank you.
I backed Till Death on Kickstarter, and it took less than a day to be fully funded. Take a quick look... This might interest you, too. TILL DEATH Graphic Novel, via @Kickstarter www.kickstarter.com/projects/clo...

Ewing, Lindsay, Kotian, and Pressy, among some others, are responsible for Absolute Green Lantern vol 2 Sojourner. It's good enough. I don't feel like I wasted my time, but I didn't get it. I couldn't understand about half of what I was reading. This is where I will drop it. 2/5
I'll be there!

Marsupilami The Beast by Zidrou and Frank Pé part 2/2 is wonderful. The art is stunning, and the story is sweet, sad, and exciting. The only reason I won't give it 5 ✨️ is because the letterer misspelled a handful of words, even omitted a few, and that kept pulling me out of the story 4/5 #comicsky
Absolute Flash vol 2 Still Point is a mixed bag for me. It opens with part 3 of 3. The villain was so rushed that I felt like I was missing a lot. And the end was even faster than that. Art was nice. Made by Lemire, Robles, Moore, Kaplan, and Lucas. 2/5 #comicsky #dccomics #absoluteflash
The Legends omnibus covered not just the six issue series by Ostrander, Wein, Byrne, and Kesel, but all of the crossovers and stands the test of time. It's a great story that explores the myths of legends through superheroes. I enjoyed all of the crossovers as well. 4/5 #comicsky #dccomics #superman
David and Maria Lapham and Dee Cunniffe created Good as Dead, and Wow! I had no idea what was going on when I started this, but it became a page turner that couldn't be put down. I could not get to the end fast enough. This was a solid 5/5. #comicsky #imagecomics
