a few years back, I did a concept art zine reinterpreting Alice in Wonderland as a generational thing, with each character representing a different subculture of the 60s/70s/80s and then Alice herself being from the late 90s! I'm gonna post it here!! 🧵1/?? #artpost first of all, allice herself:

illustration poses of a young girl wearing very 90s clothing: a pink cardigan, acid-wash jeans, big pink sneakers and her brown hair has blonde bangs, a very 90s style. In one image she touches a mirror and sees her reflection: a more traditional blue pinafore wearing blonde Alice. In another she's got four playing cards and the rests are poses of her running around to show movement

Back in 2021, PMG reported on the unseen games industry crunch taking place at outsourcing studios in SE Asia. Since then, the companies we looked at have continued to work on some of the biggest games in the world, without any push to improve the conditions of the artists doing that work. (1/7)

The video thumbnail for PMG's original documentary, showing a white, American hand clasping cash in exchange for the labour of a Southeast Asian workforce, represented here as being weighed down by their immense workload.

Oh so we can post GIFs now Well here's to when my coworker Rohit was like 'hey, why don't you use the Cloth Transpose brush for that', and I was like 'Why, what does it dooOOOOOOOOOOOOH'
