Trump is a wonderful study in massively ineffective and dysfunctional leadership. He is really dumb, but that is salvageable if he surrounds himself with smart, disciplined people. But he can't, he demands loyalty over competency. The end result is failures at every level. We are seeing it daily!

I watched 3 movies this past weekend, Superman, Weapons and Frankenstein. All three were good. Superman was a ton of fun. Frankenstein was well acted and visually stunning. But Weapons was my favorite. So creepy and well done.
