She's not even a year old yet. She's barely developed her immune system and I'm in contact with all kinds of species and people all the time. It's better to wait. Maybe when I'm less busy.

I didn't say you're gonna neglect her, but it's also objectively true the new baby is going to need a majority of your attention because he's new. Too much change at once is bad for babies. She doesn't even know who I am so... there's not really any reason for me to see her right now.

I have steel toe boots I wear for work which are different. They don't have a high heel on them, they have a thick rubber bottom for tough terrain.

Boots? I'm not very good at walking in high boots or shoes, no. They can also be kind of uncomfortable if they fit weird or you're not used to them.
