Setting: Scrum. Boss: I'll pass it to Victoria since they have lots going on today with the playtest Me: Hello! Good morning! Yes. Lots going on today. I've got the keys and I'll be adding them to-- AHHH! There's a spider! [becomes completely derailed as everyone laughs at me recoiling]

Had a dream that a big ghost cat stalked me and sat on my chest while sleeping in my dream. I remember my dream self thinking, "So this is what sleep paralysis is like," until the thing started biting me. Anyway, woke up terrified. Guess I am up now.

I've never knitted more than a scarf before. I am knitting a cardigan for the first time. Super simple one. I'm just following the pattern and trusting the process right now because I have no idea how this works.

A large ball of soft white yarn, with an in process knitting project. A fawn dog lays on its bed, snoozing, in the background. A model posing with her hand in her hair. She wears a short sleeved knitted cardigan with a button detail on the sleeves.

What a game. It blew me away the same way KOTOR blew me away back in the day. The play loop is tight, choices affect mechanics in meaningful ways, narrative is at the top of its game, and it's just neat and tidy, design-wise. I'll be playing Zero Company many times through. A new favourite.

Oh. Lmao. There is so much more to Zero Company. They really outdid themselves. This game is incredible. I love the cycle and influence mechanics that keep everything tight. The narrative surrounding everything is top notch. Strategic combat is fun. Just so damned good.

Ok. After a rather emotional week dealing with family members in ill health, a family member going into crisis, and other family members working themselves up into a panic and crisis themselves, I am ready to turn off for the weekend. Star Wars Galactic Racer, here I come.*

An important part of beeing a Ranger is the pilgrimage to your Deilith, and after that, traveling to a lot of diferent locations in Amylte. Enviroment is important on the setting and mechanics. So I literally make the reader travel thru all reagions as they pass the pages 💚

Making Thanksgiving dinner! Stuffing is a rye sourdough with apples, cranberries, garlic, onion, celery, green pepper, margarine*, loads of sage, rosemary, white wine, and stock. *a couple guests have dairy allergies, otherwise I would use butter.

Rye sourdough with apples, cranberries, garlic, onion, celery, green pepper, margarine, loads of sage, rosemary, white wine, and stock in a large, 15" cast iron pan, simmering. All of the bread and veg have been chopped finely in a food processor. The apples are sliced in small, thin squares and the cranberries are whole.
