I’ve lived a lot of places, and only call a couple “home.” This is one. The courage of these folks to come out to protest in a place like this is unmatched. The kindness and support WVians show their neighbors, no matter where they come from, is incredible. These people didn’t vote for this.

If you’re self-employed, a farmer, an early retiree, who isn’t super “online,” and you’ve just learned your premium is going to go up by $30K next year, would you be signing up for ACA in a couple weeks? Even if there is a change now, millions who have counted on Obamacare for decades will be lost.

I asked Trump's former OMB director Mick Mulvaney to acknowledge it's a lie that undocumented immigrants get ACA subsidies (they don't), and he ended the interview. "Would you agree that not a single dime of ACA subsidies goes toward undocumented immigrants?" "I'm not gonna do this anymore."

Ironically, I’m celebrating my 14th cancerversary today - the day my bone tumor was cut out of my knee. And I prob wouldnt be here without leucovorin. Osteosarcoma patients depend on this drug for the best outcomes. The inevitable shortages will terrorize patients and even endanger their lives.

Oncology nurse here. Leucovorin is a drug critical to safe administration of life-saving cancer treatment (colon cancer, lymphoma, leukemia, toname a few). We've experienced very severe shortages in the past. Please, just no.

TRIPLE vaxxed! So excited to get my COVID shot today, along w flu & tetanus (was due -every 10 years, y’all!). If you can, I highly recommend doing it now. I usually wait a bit longer, but ACIP (federal vax committee) meets next week, & we can’t predict what the RFK admin will do as far as access.

Cutting federal funding for the ACA #Medicaid expansion effectively repeals it and takes away coverage from 20.9 million people. House GOP leaders & others keep trying to hide this reality but if you shift unaffordable costs to states, most or all states will drop the expansion, some immediately.
