It was a very good promo night for AEW Dynamite. I’m not the biggest fan of pre-taped promos (especially edited), but it’s hard to dispute that MJF might be the master of the live to tape/no cuts promo. Just riveting. Osprey brought some gravitas, and Thekla was fun as usual.🍹
I really enjoyed The Maxx TV show on it’s own merits, but it also makes for a trippy premise where one could be convinced that their entire existence is a twisted version of the “real” world, with the true version lurking underneath. (Credit to “The Yellow Pill” and *Worlds Collide* as well.)

When people talk about the joy of making hypno audio, I never hear them also talk about having to render an FX-heavy 15 minute file for the 3rd time, the last of which also required restoring the session from a backup because a section was deleted and accidentally saved over during render #2 😭
I don’t do it all the time, but I deeply enjoy breaking down other hypnotists’ recordings and scripts to figure out what they’re doing that I wouldn’t have thought of otherwise. It’s similar to how playing with musicians who are better than you makes *you* better in the long run. ❤️
“Goonette Brainwashing” will come out in a few days. The overall theme is guiding and pleasure conditioning the listener to accept her normal and natural love of porn and masturbation, followed by suggestions to fully integrate “being a Goonette” as part of her core self and values.
