Weird cars, weird cats, and tech.

Last night I dreamed that 7 or 8 stray cats got into my house through the cat door. Reecey HATES other cats, but she hadn't noticed them yet. I had to strategically move cats around so they wouldn't notice each other.

I got a capture card setup so I might upload a DOOM 32x playthrough to YouTube. Will be on my orignal hardware, so there will be much dying as I fight the controller. It's such a unique port of the game. Horrible music, controls, and visuals, simplified map geometry, and only 2 episodes.

Once again, In really not sure what to think about this week's SNW episode. It sure doesn't seem like a good thing that this is becoming a trend. It wasn't necessarily a bad story, it just doesn't feel like a good use of 1/8th of a season.

Been playing some DOOM 32x and man I forgot how bad the cursed 32x version of Sign of Evil is. I need to get a capture card or something so I can record a playthrough. Only problem is there's no saves and pistol starts are rough with the sluggish movement controls.

If flush door handles are necessary for your car you achieve decent range, perhaps it is not the door handles that are the problem. Just give us normal door handles. Also, we had flush door handles in the 90s without electronics and for some reason we replaced them with stupid giant protrusions.

After several crashes where doors couldn't be opened, U.S. regulators are assessing whether further rules are needed.

I am not sure what I think of SNW S4E1. I don't like a lot of the problems it creates. I also think time travel is way overused as a plot device in Trek, though it has given us some of the best episodes/movies. I think the new alien species were kinda goofy, design wise.

I REALLY do not understand the desire to keep going further into the future. It's already hard to convey progress in future tech compared to really future tech and really really future tech. We have literal centuries of untapped timespan before 2400.

Abut the next (probably) Trek movie "The duo says that the script is in progress". "The movie will center around a group of all-new characters". "It's set further in the future than we've been before".
