I think I got both of these for Christmas one year, but it was absolutely either a series of unfortunate events (a description of falling down an elevator shaft on the back cover made me put it away for years), or the cover of Mystery of the Druids, which did the same:

CEO Dan Clancy says Twitch now uses AI to identify streamers that may not match a brand, since it now transcribes all streams for brand safety. It won't show ads on channels or content the AI believes don't match what the advertiser is trying to achieve.

If you were looking forward to the game Warrior Cats: Clans of the Forest, I’ve got some bad news for you. Similarly to Crazy Taxi: World Tour, AI was used as a reference for creating the in-game assets.

I need game devs to seriously take a look at how people react to finding out there's genAI in games before making decisions like this. As much as I am pro "go do the thing", not everyone is gonna be cut out to make games. Stop using the slop machine just because you don't wanna learn!!
