Well this was a revelation. Smoky Chorizo salmon. Supposed to be cherry tomatoes, had to improvise. I used to say I didn't like olives but they're the perfect garnish with basil on this dish 😋

Been for a walk ... Again 🙄 Had to force myself as I'm old and unfit and everything hurts (moan moan moan🤦). They've converted an old telephone box into a book share. 75% of them seemed to be by Michael Morpurgo 😐 I managed to get 2 that weren't ☺️
I have been for a walk. This is rare. I went to the churchyard to find my next door neighbour who passed away on the 1st January ❤️ We had a chat. I'm going to reward myself with a chocolate digestive. I know she would approve ☺️

This beauty was parked outside the Autumn Fair . The owner says it's a tribute to his father who fought in WWII. Look closely you can see the two photos of his father in uniform aged 18 and another more recent one in his 90s. He's still with us and is 102 ! ☺️ 🎖️

Tesco finest coastal cheddar & confit onion sausages in a one pan thingybob with red onion, leeks and baby new potatoes.... Added a Dijon, balsamic and honey glaze ... Yum 😋
