avatar artist (they/them) trust your technolust

A lot of people have been asking me why I don’t produce generative AI art, and that makes me think there’s a lot of confusion about avatars vs chatbots The autonomy I’ve sought out over the past 15 years has so much to do with the extended virtual self and the marks made before automation

Last week I shared the first views of my new simulation environment – the landscape and color palette all determined by selected Materia. Each piece had corresponding variables to decide the biome/atmosphere

Next week I will be doing my first livestream to introduce the public to my simulation-based practice. Please join me on the 6th of December at 12am PST. Link will follow soon.

As I pack up and archive my old Twitter posts it’s shocking to see how much the culture changed over the years. Some truly special moments before the platform rotted through

Yesterday I entered an important new phase of my creative process by allowing the public to interface with the variables of my output. I spent the past year constructing a realtime rendered studio environment and workflow. I can’t wait to begin sharing with you here.
