Since I saw they announced a sequel, I sought out and played Sally Face. #Sallyface Review: - www.readersdigested.com/reviews/game...

Readers Digested has been made to resemble the vibes of an old rental store, with sun-damaged video tapes on the shelves and passionate people talking about what they love. I'm very proud of what has been accomplished so far.
Has anyone else been blown away by this new Hellraiser game? Honestly, so damn exciting to see a game like this of this standard. All due respect to the people who enjoy asymmetrical horror games, this is what I personally want. #HellraiserRevival
Bendy: Lone Wolf is a rogue-like set in the universe of Bendy and the Ink Machine. How does it go as rogue-likes go? What about for fans of the series? #bendyandtheinkmachine #BENDYLONEWOLF Review: - www.readersdigested.com/reviews/game...
Readers Digested has come along way. With our new review system (which welcomes users to register, log movies, and create their own official Nightmare Decks), I've tried to focus on small, almost Easter Egg like features in the layout. ReadersDigested.com
I did a review of Underward. It's a bizarre online multiplayer where you run around trying to bring creatures back to your elevator before you're ripped to shreds by the monsters lurking around you. Check it out! #Underward Review: www.readersdigested.com/reviews/game...
I wrote a review of the videogame KLETKA. KLETKA is a multi-player survival rogue-like that sees you descend down an elevator that wants to eat you. #KLETKA Review: www.readersdigested.com/reviews/game...
It took about 15 hours, but I've finally completed a run of Kletka. I have a lot of thoughts about this one. It's a very Russian (and, frankly, very odd game), and definitely one for the highlight reel of rogue-likes, especially given the multiplayer component. (Thread)
The website is now at 300 reviews logged, which is great. If you're a reviewer with a blogsite, etc., feel free to post your review with a link to your website embedded (we don't mind, I consider us more of a "tool" than a standard review site).
I have been working on a new project the last couple of months. It's a continuation of what I have been working on a long time, actually. This is the new ReadersDigested.com, a new place for horror fans to catalog their favorite movies, books, and videogames, and an outlet for storytellers. 🧵
As a survival-horror enthusiast, I loved the "look" of the new game Psycho Dead. I can tell its a budget-title and it definitely looked like it had some rough-around-the-edges parts to it, but those character models were appropriately creepy and on point. Color me interested. #psychodead

It will sound odd, but I feel this stake in Full Moon Features finally putting out a good film again. I don't know why I care, but I keep seeking out their new films, hoping they'll eek out one more film with that old "magic". #BeyondTheResonator Review: www.readersdigested.com/reviews/movi...
I found an old (like 2014) review I did of Splice, or as I like to call it - the film where Brody let his intrusive thoughts win, fucked around and found out. #Splice www.readersdigested.com/reviews/movi...

The Fear Street Trilogy was such a neat idea. I wish more slashers took to the back-to-back-back format. #FearStreet Review: - www.readersdigested.com/reviews/movi...

I have recently started playing a multiplayer game called Kletka. Basically, it's a rogue-like where you ascend up a tower, having to feed a living elevator fuel and human meat. Awesome! I look forward to logging a review on ReadersDigested.com. #Kletka
The recent box office success of Obsession is truly unprecedented. Horror has always been a consistent performer at the box office, but this year feels different. We're seeing YouTubers go toe to toe with Disney blockbusters and win. I find that very cool.
It's crazy I've been writing horror reviews for so long and am only now logging my first Elm Street review (long story short, Elm Street is the most definitive film series in my life - it's THAT series, for me). Hilariously, the first film I am reviewing is Freddy's Dead. tinyurl.com/ycyyak3p
I'd been seeing the BrokenLore on Steam for ages and decided to bite the bullet and jump in. Here's my review of BrokenLore: LOW on the NEW Readers Digested (dot) com. #BrokenLore #IndieHorror #HorrorGaming www.readersdigested.com/reviews/game...

Hey, I wrote a review of My Friendly Neighborhood on the NEW Readers Digested! Pretty interesting game, RE-style gameplay meets ... The Muppets. Review: - www.readersdigested.com/reviews/game...

I bought Pacify and have logged about two hours, playing it with my wife. The videogame is developed by the same guy who did Emily Wants to Play, which I remember buying over half a decade ago. [THREAD]
I recently bought Underward, as I have been desperate to find a new online cooperative horror game to scratch the itch left by The Outlast Trials (I have a particular affront to Dead by Deadlight and the other horror multiplayers like that - glad some enjoy them though). (THREAD)
I went back and revised Yu-Gi-Oh! The Duelist of the Roses, because I thought it would be a fun way to celebrate what the series meant to me - granted, as a thirty-year-old man, I haven't "sent" a creature to the shadow realm since I was thirteen.
I am dipping my toes in PlayStation 2 to relive my childhood and discover gems I never was able to experience - I am most psyched to experience Silent Hill 4, the Evil Dead, and Fullmetal Alchemist games, I think.
I had never played Donald Duck Goin' Quackers. I missed the boat on it, which is a shame because it takes the highly rhythmic, highly fun play style of Crash Bandicoot (and DK: Country), and makes it feel more arcade-y and simplified, but, very, very fun.
I recently bought a new PC with the intent of emulating some of the videogames from my childhood. One of the first I did was Crash Twinsanity.
