Blanche is not worried about offending Tiny47 so much as he wants to maintain his collusion with him. For him it's a partnership. He needs Trump for the platform(protection) and Trump needs him for brain power, since Trump has none!!!

I know this sounds crazy but someone (EU/NATO/Poland/US or combination?) should offer to buy Kaliningrad, since it is more of a burden than asset to Russia. It's obvious that Russia needs the money.
