PT2: Tools for Thought is a network created by educators who recognised pedagogy should be used in personal development opportunities. Giant’s book, MHFA and Young Minds were essential in ensuring our workshops supported curriculum, not that these practices should be used in curriculum time.

Listening to Dr Kulvarn Atwal discuss positive visualisations as a method for engaging children in working towards success. Nikki Giant shared this same practice in her book on Career Coaching (a must buy!) - where CBT practices merge with careers education, positive behaviour and outcomes follow.
