I think I almost finished up my commissions TOS. I had to reference from other artists for the translation/wording and to make sure I didn’t miss anything important tho… I would also like to try using Trello. This way you can live track your commission and I can organise a waiting list!

So I wanna start taking commissions again, but I wanna make a TOS first for my own and others financial safety. Only I’m having a hard time translating it so it comes over as professional…✨

I never understood why artists do this but sometimes when I see peak animation I ask what software they use bc I simply want to learn and experiment myself, only for them to gatekeep. Like, are they afraid people will make the exact same copy of their artwork if they share the software they use?
