i love following artists, sometimes ill feel a lil bad about my art but then i see a lot of just inspirational good vibe posts about art and reminders that its ok to not be good at art and its ok to just have fun and draw what you want and tbh i needed that ahhhh art is just the best fr i love art

it also adds charm honestly, since its such clear proof that this was done by a human being, there was deliberate effort put into the piece by a person, each work will have a different error by a different artist so theres personal touches to it as well

closely observing some of my favorite artists' work and seeing any little imperfections that you dont see when viewing it from afar feels a little mean sometimes but its very inspiring to see as well and also very liberating as a perfectionist to be confident in my work even with my errors

i’m telling everyone again, as an artist it is imperative you do anatomy studies of your favorite artists. not necessarily to improve at anatomy, but to realize everyone’s anatomy is a little fucked and you didn’t notice because you didn’t draw it. and it’s fine it’s completely fine it’s great
