Not enough people are irrationally angry that iPhones have always had “first alert” and “second alert” backwards. E.G., if you want your first alert two days before an event and your second alert two hours before, it will label the one closer to the event — the 2-hour alert — as the “first” alert.

Less than two days ago, against all odds, I coordinated a 7-person movie-watching event for ‘Resident Evil’ 🥳 Tonight, for the first time, the specific projector showing ‘Resident Evil’ broke and all showings were canceled. Heartbreak usually feels good in a place like this. Tonight it did not.

Money is tight and there are like 10 things more responsible to spend it on, but if anyone wants to part with a few thousand dollars so I can surprise my partner with tickets to MCR and The Used at the Hollywood Bowl at the end of the month, I do think the experience would heal me on a deep level.

‘Primetime’ review: eh. Performances were great but the story itself just didn’t land. The part about the Producer with a totally normal-sized ego feeling undervalued really resonated tho.

Hey you. You should go to AGDQ. And heck, if you're going you might as well volunteer for something while you're at it! The feeling that you get from directly contributing to the event's success and helping to make a difference is the best feeling in the world. Trust me.
