Yesterday driving home I picked up a French bulldog that had obviously just been dropped off on the road. No collar, no chip & I think she may be pregnant. It was 101 here yesterday. To the person that did that. I hope karma finds you soon. We will find her a good home..

Those city grocery stores have all the good intentions but I’m pretty sure they’re going to harm mom & pop stores & cause job losses. I hope I’m wrong but it seems like putting discount or low cost anything in areas always harms the community in one way or another. Yes…I think it sucks.

Twelve innocent Israeli Druze children and teenagers were murdered on July 27, 2024, when Hezbollah, an Iranian regime proxy, fired a rocket from Lebanon that struck a soccer field in Majdal Shams, a Druze town in the Golan Heights of northern Israel. May their memories forever be a blessing. 🕯️

#ANTISEMITISM ISN’T COMING BACK— IT’S ALREADY HERE More troubling still, it is often presented not as hatred of Jews, but as “human rights,” “anti-colonialism,” or simply “anti-Zionism.” The numbers tell the story. open.substack.com/pub/frederic...

ANTISEMITISM ISN’T COMING BACK—IT’S ALREADY HERE

The statistics are undeniable. The examples are everywhere. History warns us what happens when hatred becomes socially acceptable.

Someday this will get studied properly. Historians will look at how a fixation this lopsided on one small Jewish state metastasized through every respectable institution around, and they’ll ask how so many smart people convinced themselves it was moral clarity the whole time.

Israel Derangement Syndrome. Or Jew Derangement Syndrome, if you want to skip the euphemism. The name isn’t what matters. What matters is the behavior, and it’s everywhere once you start paying attention.

It’s the reflex to drag Israel into conflicts it has nothing to do with, like it’s some kind of universal suspect. It’s treating one small country as the moral center of the planet while actual massacres, ethnic cleansing, and genocide elsewhere can’t even get a headline. Whole populations disappear and it barely trends. Funny how that works. The difference isn’t scale. It’s that those crises don’t involve Jews.

At some point this stops being political analysis, because the conclusion never actually changes. Israel defends itself, that’s a war crime. Israel negotiates, that’s a trick. Israel sends aid, that’s a PR stunt. Israel exists, that’s the crime itself. The verdict got decided before anyone bothered checking the facts, which tracks, since the facts were never really the point.

Proportion isn’t just off, it’s gone. International bodies crank out resolution after resolution against Israel while regimes with body counts in the hundreds of thousands get a shrug and a moment of silence, if that. Award shows turn into denunciation hour. Entire movements spring into action overnight over an Israeli news cycle, while wars ten times as brutal can’t buy a hashtag.

And the language always slides the same direction, from policy critique into something with a much older pedigree. Control. Influence. Global manipulation. Swap “Zionist” in for “Jew” and the sentence doesn’t need a single other word changed. One small people, somehow both uniquely powerful and uniquely guilty. Sure.

Nothing moderates it. Not context, not nuance, not evidence, not even basic arithmetic. When a population that’s 0.2% of the planet takes up that much real estate in someone’s head, across media, campuses, and institutions, that’s not foreign policy commentary. That’s obsession, plain and s…
