It can further stigmatize these communities and make advocacy and awareness much more difficult. It also can start crossing the line between "protecting the kids" and censorship REAL quickly.
Christa (she/her)@wordrascal.bsky.social · 11mo agoCan't help thinking of the communities that sprang up from young ppl sharing their experiences being autistic, ADHD, AuDHD as well as with mental health & yes, abuse (all interconnected). Limiting online speech = preventing these communities from forming = isolating young ppl = enabling abuse.

Bulldozing the vulnerable is corporate strategy
The point of education is (or should be) to learn how to think for yourself. The point of AI is to get people to stop thinking. “We built Cluely so you never have to think alone again.”
I have multiple classes that promote the use of AI. It's becoming increasingly harder to struggle through assignments when my TAs tell me, "Just ask ChatGPT". Thank you for writing this Kat in a way that understands those urges and helps remind us that relying on AI will do more damage than good.

The issue with Trump threatening running a third term is that it's UNCONSTITUTIONAL and a blatant disrespect for the constitution on American laws. If another president did this it would still be disturbing and disgusting.
