#AntagonistApril 29 #TheDragonblood: Laannig hopes to overthrow the Nemorian gods. He could end up killing the gods. It just won't really change anything. The gods have non-chronological lives which makes change difficult, as Sabrina has discovered.

#AntagonistApril 28 #TheDragonblood: Jumped the gun a bit, but Laannig is the son of Deiuoreks, the most powerful Nemorian god, at least in terms of raw power. He has some pretty powerful magical powers. And he's figured out how to bind a Soul Devourer to his will.

#AwesomeCharacters 27 #TheDragonblood: Laannig has his magic, which as a demigod, is very powerful. And most importantly he has the Soul Devourer he bound to his will with that magic. It's possible there's some sort of magic item involved in the binding of said Soul Devourer, too.

#AntagonistApril 26 #TheDragonblood: Laannig hates the Nemorian gods, his father most of all. I don't know if he fears them, exactly. Maybe to some extent. Deiuoreks fears Angosessor. I don't think Laannig fears them, though. Laannig already has control over one Soul Devourer.

Good morning, #Septopolis. We go to the wider, surrounding world now as we approach the end! These relationships might have been lightly established with imports and exports, but what about bigger in scale? Twinning arrangements or even warring cities/nations can work here. 👀

#SeptemberWorldbuilders 28 #TheDragonblood: Creating fire is so basic mage kids need to be taught how not to make it accidentally. Creating light is still considered raw (unskilled) magic, but does need to be learnt. Creating magical darkness is harder, involving more manipulation of light.

#Septopolis bonus! Here's art of Zonhaspalis! Also, there are a few things I hadn't decided on at the time that I have answers for. Zonhaspalis hovers above an artificial lake created by the excavation for the city itself, into which the city's waterfall fountain flows.

#Septopolis 26 #TheDragonblood: At the highest level, the Nemorian gods rule over Nemoria, with Deiuoreks as their king. Deiuoreks also selects one person to be the mortal ruler of Nemoria. I haven't exactly figured out what duties this person has separate from Deiuoreks directly.
