Important point about the NH primary, it doesn't so much pick the winner as it does weed out losers

Iowa and New Hampshire weeded out lesser candidates, and then South Carolina got to elevate a likely eventual nominee heading into Super Tuesday. Now, South Carolina's influence is actually much less than before.
Wait, does this mean we have to pass the deal to know what's in it?
