When wildfires spark, MnDOT steps in to help. Thirty-five MnDOT workers are trained to fight wildfires with the DNR, and several are currently supporting efforts in northern Minnesota. Sometimes our help goes even farther, including a deployment to Alaska earlier this month.

Slow down! Just because you can go 20 mph or more on your e-bike doesn’t mean you should. Heavier bikes need more time to stop, so start braking earlier and give yourself plenty of space. Take it easy, stay alert and ride smart.
