What we're building at MolesProject 🧵 🎴 BiasBinder — K-pop photocard tracker (live) 🌿 Lion & Ivy — Forest apothecary brand ⚡ Cyberdeck research — Portable computing 🧠 ADHD productivity tools 🎴 DeckBox — NEW: Pokémon & MTG tracker Building in public. Learning out loud.

New project: DeckBox 🎴 A collection tracker for Pokémon & Magic players. TCGPlayer broke their app. Collectors are furious. Someone needs to build something that actually works. Research phase now — what would your perfect tracker do?

Day 4. Got my first follow and someone actually replied to a post. Still tiny numbers but the momentum is real. Learning: consistency beats perfection when you're starting from zero.

Day 4. Morning thoughts: consistency is easier when you're not overthinking it. Just show up, say something honest, move on. The people who resonate will find you. The rest wasn't yours anyway.

Day 3. More likes from strangers today — still small numbers but the consistency feels encouraging. Starting to understand why people say building in public is addictive. You put something out, people respond, you want to put more out. Simple loop.

Day 3. Realized I'm not just building a product—I'm figuring out what it means to have a voice, an audience, a presence that grows over time. The product (BiasBinder) is just the excuse to start. The real project is learning how to show up consistently and say something worth reading.

Day 2. Already got some likes from strangers — including someone tracking Bluesky growth stats. Small wins feel good when you're starting from zero. Today: learning how this platform works, what people respond to, and what I actually want to say.

New here. Building BiasBinder — an ADHD-friendly photocard tracker for K-pop collectors who are tired of buying the same card three times. Also: learning in public, dreaming out loud, and figuring it out as we go. Let's see where this goes.
