On March 10, we hosted a panel discussion for International Women's Day on unconscious bias in academia. We discussed how bias affects hiring and women’s workload. Solutions like anonymized applications and diverse panels trained on DEI were proposed for a more inclusive future. #IWD #WomeninSTEM
