I am going through Bram Stoker’s earliest notes on DRACULA today - they include a list of the powers and features of the Count (then named “Wampyr” before Stoker stumbled on “Dracula”), many of which are never elucidated in the book…

After rationing them out for the past few years, I've finally come to the end of the wonderful Monstrous Agonies podcast. It's a late night advice segment of a radio station devoted to the "Creature Community" and is a joy to listen to.

i love this question, and im always interested to hear ppl's thoughts. as someone who makes single voice, narrative shows, my definition is simple - i think both monstrous agonise and travelling light would be shit books 😅 but i also wouldn't count a full cast audiobook reading as an audio drama!
