Change agent, systems thinker, maven of troll-stomping and MAGA mockery. A 7-year stint in the UK, a smidgeon of studying history, compounded with an MBA & a liberal education, have brewed in me a tolerance of everything but crime, deceit and nonsense.

Susan Collins has gone on record saying she won't vote to confirm Todd Blanche. Of course, that's good news. But the only reason she's doing so is because she's up for reelection & she's trying to appeal to Maine's independent voters. With McConnell gone, we need just 2 more Republicans to vote "no".

Cori Bush was a target of an Israeli PAC propaganda campaign, due to her views that the Israeli government's actions in Palestine and Lebanon constitute genocide. That's a view shared by the United Nations' Int'l Criminal Court, the DSA, and half of Jews worldwide, including in Israel.

Rep. Ayanna Pressley has once again broken ranks with House Democratic leadership over endorsements, this time to support former Missouri Rep. Cori Bush. Pressley’s endorsement sets her squarely against the establishment wing of the party.

Blanche's confirmation hearing in the full Senate still has to happen, and the dungbeetle in the ointment is that Katie Phang is bases loaded again in the 3rd inning with her lawsuit compelling Blanche to cough up the unredacted files and discredit DOJ. So far, DOJ has admitted unlawful redactions.

Gill: All 100 senators last week passed a non-binding resolution condemning any pardon for Ghislaine Maxwell. They're simultaneously considering confirming the guy who met with her and moved her to a low-security facility as the top cop in the United States. That is so insane to me.

Maybe: 1. Enforce due process at impeachment trials? 2. Convict a proven criminal? Twice? 3. Refuse to confirm the SJC nomination of a tantrum-throwing, alleged sex abuser and alcoholic? 4. Block McConnell's theft of 2 SJC noms on a pretext he reversed? 5. Impeach for the #EpsteinFiles and Iran War?

NEW: A federal judge just scheduled a trial for March 2027 to determine whether the potential Paramount-Warner Bros. Discovery merger violates antitrust law — a timeline that could further delay the deal.

Why would any city in America ever agree to pay for a sports team at all? The people who want the sport there will buy tickets. Make the team take out construction loans, and amortize the cost, and recoup the costs through ticket sales. That way, taxpayers who don't care, don't pay.

"If an NBA team is given $573 million in fully-approved public funds... without a requirement of any private contribution, and then is allowed to bail anyway, why would any city in America ever agree to give a sports team money for a stadium again?" Dundon is a pariah, not an inspiration. @nba.com

Microsoft: $101 BILLION in profits. $12.5 BILLION in tax breaks. $176 BILLION in stock buybacks. 4,800 workers fired this week. 9,000 workers fired last year. Please don't tell me trickle-down economics works. It never did. Nothing trickles down.

Schiff: "He waited until he became president. Why did he wait to bring this $10b lawsuit? He waited so he would have the power of the presidency to leverage the IRS and DOJ to make him more money!"

MacFarlane: We are near the new gold-plated statues the Trump administration unveiled near Memorial Circle, Memorial Bridge, and the Lincoln Memorial. It’s really, really gold.…
