Based off of what I was told by a psychiatrist the best way for me to get over myself is to admit all my wrongs so that is what I did I wrote everything down that I did wrong and I am publicly apologizing for all of it. I am sorry for anyone that I've hurt between (2017-2024)

You know it sucks when my dads docters tell us my dad only has 1-5 years left in life.. I'm trying hard to keep him happy but seeing him in pain is slowly killing me. He wants to drink and smoke and party with me before he goes and I know why. He doesn't want me depressed.
I hope tommorow will make me better mentally. I been going through some rough stuff lately. It seems like I don't have to do anything and I get hit with serious issues. If this weekend don't go well then. Well you will know..
