I have a doctors appointment to get a ADHD assessment, I’ve printed off like 7 pieces of paper and have a book documenting everything that I wrote in 4 hours in a state of hyper focus that in and of itself shows I have ADHD

Today I bought and fitted into an L for the first time and I genuinely cannot believe it. There is still something so frightening about going to clothes stores - the anxiety is so strong going to buy clothes but today was so validating!
