I bought a macbook from backmarket, after a month the screen had a crack. I sent it back, they wouldn't refund me and sent it back to me. I had the screen replaced and tried to claw some money back selling it on ebay. My buyer just told me the screen was broken in transit and is sending it back.

The only 'ethical' AI is one trained on material YOU created or paid for specifically for training. Otherwise it's illegal and should be sued into the ground. I hope this new data brings the house down finally.

The hacker sent us Suno source code; it shows the company scraped YouTube Music, Deezer, and Genius. In all, Suno scraped *decades* worth of music from the internet. My clients often ask if I can legally rip off another composer's music. I always say no. Then after I write something they like, they'll ask for little things to be changed, ALL of which would make it sound more like the other track. In their mind, "No" means "Let's find a workaround". It's gross.
